Optimum Mechanical Solutions is committed to providing and maintaining an accessible workplace. We seek to make improvements to maintain our commitment to meeting the accessibility needs of people with disabilities.
Training
As part of the requirements under Ontario’s law, Optimum Mechanical Solutions will provide and ensure all employees receive the appropriate mandatory Accessibility Training.
Information and Communications
Optimum Mechanical Solutions is committed to meeting the communication needs of people living with disabilities. We will consult with the individuals affected to determine their specific needs.
Optimum Mechanical Solutions will respond to all feedback received by people with disabilities within 72 business hours and work to correct any issues that may arise. Any concerns should be made to the General Manager, Nick Dewar at ndewar@optimummech.com or by calling 613-228-9500.
Optimum Mechanical Solutions will work with individual to provide an accessible format and communication support upon request on the feedback process.

Accessibility Plan
Optimum Mechanical Solutions is developing a plan to address the accessibility of their locations to maintain compliance with Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
